Why EMMIES?

We are an online retailer sourcing on trend, affordable styles that are also great quality. Our focus is solely on bags and accessories (arguably the most important part of any outfit).  EMMIES is the reliable, one-stop shop when you are looking for a bag to pull your whole outfit together. 

How long does delivery take?

Please allow up to 5 days days for Standard Delivery. Allow up to 2 working days for Express Delivery.

We use Hermes as our courier and you will receive full tracking information once shipped.  Emmies is my baby alongside my full time work. There is only one of me so please bare with me <3

What is your returns policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase we will be happy to fully refund you as long as the item is in the same condition as it was delivered. Item must be returned within 2 weeks of delivery. If your item is faulty you will be entitled to a refund or replacement. 

I am very proud that so far we have never had any returns, ever!!
